Online or hybrid?
This year, the Corona virus again only allows for the planning of a one-week online or hybrid festival from 13 to 21 November using the Vimeo platform. You will find corresponding links and overviews of the programmes for the main competition, the student competition and the supporting programme in good time under the menu item "Programme".
As a precaution, we have at least also envisaged hybrid versions of the festival. The Bottroper Filmforum will be available to us as an option for presence events and online broadcasts. Invitations to directors and jury members to participate in person are rather indispensable for a film festival, and will therefore definitely remain possible. And our organisation team is, luckily, quite flexible.
